NA LCS 2016 Summer Split Champion Team Solo Mid (TSM)

After two years Team Solo Mid strikes back to get the NA LCS 2016 Championship trophy. They beat team Cloud9 with a score of 3-1, almost all of the LoL fans think that Cloud9 have the upper hand in this match up, Cloud9 takes the first game but Team Solo Mid manage to take game 2, 3 and 4. performance of Bjersen and Team Solo Mid jungler Svenskeren standout through the fight. Game 4 is totally the most intense match of this tournament because Team Solo Mid baiting on the Baron after they secure the Elder Dragon. They totally outplayed team Cloud9 in Baron clash that's the reason how they take the game 4 of this tournament, They take 4 champions of team Cloud9 and then go straight through their base.

On September 3, 2016 the NA LCS Regional Qualifier tournament begins. And it will determine which team will join team TSM and CLG as NA's representative at the 2016 League of Legends  World Championship. Do you have your favorite team to support on the world championship? I'm  so excited on the world tournament, there are so many surprising team that will compete on worlds.

League of Legends : part 3

This is the third part of my article about league of legends, in this post i will focus on the buffs that you can by killing some special monsters and the effect of those buffs.

In the image above show where you can find those monters that i will gonna explain. All of these monsters will respawn in 1minute and 30seconds after the game starts. every buffs has a limited time only, but you can kill again the monsters once it respawn. I will explain you all the information below.

Blue Sentinel

Gives a special buff that grants increase in mana, energy regeneration, cooldown reduction and additional ability power for certain amount of time. It respawn again 5 minutes after his death.

Red Brambleback

Gives Crest of Cinders buff that grants the champion basic attack to slow an enemy and dealing damage over time for a certain amount of time. It also respawn after 5 minutes of his death.

Dragon

Gives a team buffs according to the type of dragon that you slain. It respawn at 2:30 and respawn again at random intervals until 35 minutes.

Baron Nashor

This is the most powerful monster in league of legends. and it gives a buff called Hand of Baron that increase attack power and ability power, empowered recall (recall time reduced to 4 seconds instead of 8) and enhanced nearby minions damage.

League of Legends : Part 2

 

This is a continuation of my previous post about league of legends. In this article i will explain the different roles of champions in league of legends. So let’s start!

There are 6 roles in league of legends, Marksman, Support, Mage, Assassin, Tank and the last one is fighter. I will explain to you each of these roles and their importance in league of legends.

Marksman

Marksman is a range AD(attack damage) carry champion. It is the main source of physical damage in your team. If you are using this kind of champion you must focus on farming during early game and you must have a good last hitting skill to earn gold fast to buy items that make your stronger. Good positioning is also important on this kind of champion. You will frequently see marksman in bottom lane along with the support.

Support

The role of support is pretty obvious. Helping your teammate to farm more gold, spamming skills on enemy so that your carry can farm freely.

Mage

Mage is either range or support AP (ability power) carry champion. It is the main source of magical or ability power damage. You will see this kind of champion in middle lane, spamming skills to last hit enemy minions to gain gold fast. You must be aware of missing enemy champion on the map to prevent ganking, and you must help your teammate on other when you bought some good items that you think is sufficient to burst enemy team champion when ganking.

Tank & Assassins

I will explain them both because there are not so much difference between these two. You can see them on jungle or top lane. Tanks are the one who going in front when there is a team fight, it can sustain incoming damage from the enemy team. While the assassin is the one roaming around the map searching for a killable champion.

Fighter

Fighter is a balance type of champion. It can sustain enough damage from the enemy and deal decent amount of damage. You can see them on top lane or in jungle area. This kind of champion don’t need to farm so much, they can deal enough damage during ganks and team fights.

It's up to you on what role will you choose, you must have enough knowledge on the champion that you are using to be more helpful on your teammates. There are so many guides and build around the net you can check them out and learn from them. But i advice you to watch professional players or tournaments to know better about the roles of each champion. On my next post i will explain to you some special monster on league of legends. League of Legends

League of legends is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game like Dota 2. League of legends is also played by 10 players or they called in game "Summoners", 10 players is divided into 2 teams 5 players on each team. Each player can select 1 character/champion before the game start, each champion has a unique set of abilities and role in the game. You can be a support, jungler, carry or tank. Like other moba games, league of legends has the same objective, destroying enemy main building that located inside their base. They called it nexus in league of legends, but before you destroy the opposing team nexus you must take down 3 sets of tower before you reach their base. There are 3 lanes that connected through your base to your enemy base. You can buy items for your champion to make it stronger or gaining levels by killing enemy minions or monster in jungle camps. This game is also inspired by Warcraft 3 frozen throne: Dota.
 

Nexus

Each base have a single nexus inside the base, this is the most important building or structure in game you must defend it and destroy the enemy team nexus in order to win. Nexus spawn computer generated monster called minions, they are spawning on each lane that marches through the enemy base, they attack every enemy unit they see in lanes that they marching on. You can gain gold for buying items for your champions and gaining experince by these minions. Nexus can also defens their selves like towers when enemy units comes close to it,  wether its enemy minions or champions. But it can only attack single unit so your team must defend it before the enemy team destroy your nexus. 

Inhibitor

This structure is located behind the third tower inside of each base, your minions will became stronger once you destroy this structure. But remember only the minions in lane where you destroy the inhibitor became stronger and it's only last on certain amount of time. Your minions will go back to normal when the enemy inhibitor respawn, you can destroy it again once it respawn and your minions will became stronger. 

Basically this game requires good decision making, you must know the ability of every single champion and items so that you have an idea on what play style that your enemy is planning in mind, you must think fast to counter their plans and strategies. But the best strategy in this game is your teamwork no other best strategy than this. Good communication, players synchronization during team fights, your consistency is a big factor also.
